Removing section
[edit]I'm removing the section:
IF - Isa Fantastica, Main Degree of Portentousity and Bustness Research.
Because it's obviously some kind of joke. Haha.

Medical degrees + PhD in other countries
[edit]This article is specifically for the MD/PhD degree. While other countries may have similar dual degree programs, that information does not belong in this article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.190.254.164 (talk) 03:31, 1 April 2012 (UTC)

Baruch Blumberg’s Nobel
[edit]According to the Nobel site for this award (1976, Medicine/Physiology), they were jointly awarded the Prize for work “concerning new mechanisms for the origin and dissemination of infectious diseases” generally. They worked independently and on different diseases, having apparently no relevant professional relationship. Blumberg worked on hepatitis and Gajdusek on kuru. Correct Title
[edit]Should the MD-PhD not be written as either "Doctor of Medicine-Doctor of Philosophy" or "Medicinae Doctor-Philosophiae Doctor" rather than "Doctorate of Medicine and of Philosophy." The MD-PhD is usually a 2 degree program, an MD and a PhD, so saying it's one "doctorate" of both isn't really accurate. 173.13.121.209 (talk) 16:48, 23 October 2020 (UTC)
