Errors need to be corrected

[edit]

There are some immediate problems with the article, as it stands, which should be corrected.
1. The second sentence of the lede claims "It is a great leap as China is testing and improvising its hypersonic technology on a war footing." (emphasis added) "A great leap" is subjective and speculative and should not be used in an encyclopedia. It is explicitly described as a "technology demonstrator" and as such, it is impossible to know whether or not it has delivered any material gains for its developer, the Chinese military or China.
2. The first sentence of the second paragraph states "The MD-22 has been designated as a space shuttle Loyal wingman of the future." (emphasis added) The use of "space shuttle" is incorrect. A "space shuttle" is defined by being able to act as a reusable ferry between earth and space. There is nothing about this vehicle that suggests that it can operate in space, where it is impossible for jet engines to function. Bricology (talk) 20:35, 14 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
