Removing this here as much of it is unsourced and what is source isn't an rs

However, in its compliance report in accordance with its Community Benefits Agreement with Prince George's County, verified by a third party monitor, MGM reported exceeding minority business requirements (30% MBE and 12% County-based MBE minimum requirements) and local hiring goals (20% minimum) during the 3-year construction phase of the casino, spending 40% or $367,907,202.64 of its construction value with certified MBEs (including 17% of construction value or $158,453,385.85 with County-based MBEs) and hiring County residents for 1,097,878 hours or 27% of the over 4 million in total construction work hours on the project, receiving significant praise from Prince George's County Council Member and former Council Chairman, Mel Franklin.^[1]
