Ok, just started this page. The Spirit class ships should be remembered for more than the sinking of the Herald to my mind - they were an intermediary between the small ferries of the 1960s and today's giant superferries. WelshMatt 14:25, 24 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I travelled as a kid on SFE to France for a day trip once; it must've been very new at the time. I'm a bit surprised, but pleased, that the ship still exists and operates today, even if in a modified form. Fleetie (talk) 22:28, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Page move[edit]

As it stands right now, this page is subordinated to M, because of the backslash in the title. I'm going to remove it to fix this problem. Just posting here to let anyone who watches this page know why. Parsecboy (talk) 18:24, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Removed incorrect info[edit]

I've just removed this line: "Spirit of Free Enterprise is briefly shown in the film "The Italian Job"."

The Free Enterprise 1 appeared in The Italian Job, the Spirit of Free Enterprise wasn't launched for another twenty years or so. WelshMatt (talk) 13:48, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
