No Cargo?[edit]

It is normal for an unloaded cargo ship to still have thousands (or tens of thousands) of gallons of fuel and lubricating oil on board. ThatMontrealIP (talk) 04:25, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Accident during the clean up[edit]
