Classification of Macanese cuisine as Chinese cuisine

IMHO this is inappropriate and a more accurate reflection is to regard Macanese cuisine as a variety of Portuguese. Anyone who feels differently can revert classifications categories. --125.238.99.246 11:01, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

I agree. The cuisine is often regarded as a variety of Portuguese cuisine - it is a little like Italian-American cuisine is regarded as a variant of Italian cooking. I have done the removal of the article from Chinese cuisine. --JNZ 20:38, 8 November 2007 (UTC)

Someone should post a recipe for Minchee (sp!).
