Perhaps it would be useful to carry on the sentence of "category at the 2013 Grammy Awards." EG ", but lost out to". Done

A large majority of the second paragraph is unsourced, save for the lyrics. It really does read like one big point of view, and as we know, we can't submit our point of view, this is especially noticeable with sentences like "This could also signify that this emotional exchange is repetitive." could? from who's point of view? Why is the paragraph split with a following mere two sentences? If you're going to split the section into two paragraphs, perhaps have one focusing on critical reception, and the other on commercial performance. Speaking of commercial performance, why have you only commented on two charts while the song did pretty well internationally? Give a broader perspective. Done
