Fair use rationale for Image:Mahan Air.gif[edit]

Image:Mahan Air.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

So I just got turned away from the airport as it's had it's license revoked. Any news on why?

Is Mahan Air using one of the stored 747s to fly to international destinations?[edit]

I noticed a Mahan Air 747 on a takeoff roll at Kolkata Airport (CCU) around 6:30 A.M. Indian Standard Time on Sep 6, 2011. It was traveling too fast for me to note the registration number or take a picture.
