[Done] Needs renaming to 1990?

The situation with the title having one year and the lead/infobox another needs to be resolved. The release date edit is quite specific and doesn't appear to be vandalism (the user is banned, but for ad/promo). Shemaroo official YT and Prime Video both use 1990, so it seems be officially supported as well. The fact that the censor cert was issued 28 Nov 1989 (confirmed on YT) also leans toward next year release. Is there verifiable info contradicting 1990 (couldn't find anything definitive myself)? Running a Proquest search of Historical Newspapers for "Majboor" yields no relevant results for 1989, but a slew of results for 1990, starting 9 February (including a The Times of India review titled "'Majboor': hoarse opera: HINDI SCREEN" from 11 February). Unfortunately these don't have previews and I don't have full access for this part of their service, but even the date coincidence alone is strong evidence for a 1990 release, so going ahead with the rename.
