Police inaction citation[edit]

Shouldn't there be a citation on the bit that claims that police officers watched a civilian take down Gelman and then took the credit for it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 156.34.72.49 (talk) 03:11, 12 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I found the source! Jayem3210 (2007-03-13). "Overly Manly Man's Brother". 9gag.com. Retrieved 2007-03-12. http://9gag.com/gag/6791293. This line should probably be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.113.74.109 (talk) 00:58, 14 March 2013 (UTC) Investigation Discovery channel has Gelman saying a police officer pulled him off. SO ..why would there be a lawsuit if that happened? And of course, If they did cower..what good are police if they have no duty to protect? Yet courts rule police can kill with impunity. Our legal system is the last resort of bad, incompetent cops. They always win. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.207.116.55 (talk) 23:17, 9 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Timeline error?[edit]

The part about not getting dessert before bed isn't found anywhere, nor is the part about informing his mother of the intended killing spree. The source, NY Times, specifically says that it was due to an argument over borrowing her companion's Lexus. Same article says it happened early in the morning, not at night. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1000:B117:96C7:9E55:B550:1683:8412 (talk) 23:38, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
