Nationality?

I think it's a bit of a stretch to include Green in Category:20th-century New Zealand musicians. To the best of my knowledge, he's not a NZ citizen and has never lived in the country - he has merely toured NZ during his time with Split Enz (which he was the first non-New Zealander to join).
