Untitled[edit]

I did not include external link examples of his work because I don't understand the complex Wikipedia politics for evaluating whether an external link is valid. But a quick search of the internet can direct a person to examples of his work. To the best of my knowledge, he does not have his own web page, but several galleries either represent him or have his works for sale.

I did not include his date of birth or middle name because I don't know them.

"Skip" Liepke[edit]

While trying to find sources for Liepke's magazine covers with Times, Newsweek, etc., I came across a "Skip Liepke" who was credited for a Time cover in 1987, with a very similar art style to Malcolm T. Liepke. When you search for Skip Liepke, it just redirects you back to Malcolm T. Liepke. There is also an article about Skip that refers to him as Malcolm T. Liepke, and states the high school he went to.

Basically, my dilemma is that I'm new to sourcing and don't know if this is valid information to use on Wikipedia.

Any help is greatly appreciated. -janelucy (talk) 20:53, 8 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
