The two sections appear to be a copied from the documentation on CodePlex [1]. It's unclear the licencing of this is, it might be MS-PL or it might be the general licence for documentation on the site, but neither seem compatiable with CC-BY-SA for Wikipedia. Is this article written from a neutral viewpoint?

All factual claims are unsupported by a lack of citations. Moreover, the article consistently puts MEF in a positive light. (Btw, I'm a huge fan of MEF.
