2016[edit]

the division of the clan into two houses Bokoto and Chitopi is becauseone group refused to make way back to Mahopo chosing to remain behind near colonial administration as part of agreement with Muchemwa. Mungate, father of Muchemwa died at present day Gomba village, near Maruta Primary school, Murewa District on his way back to Mahopo (present day Bernard Mizeki Shrine. This distinction refers to the two parties from their choices to either go back or remain. It has no bearing on the succession issues save to say it is now being abused due to proximity to colonial government administration of the house of Chibanda and/or Katerere. Munhuwepayi (Chioko or Kanhata) was formally ordained as chief through traditional protocol without influence of colonial administration. His replacement, a teacher by profession was a colonial choice and was only to be traditionally formalised later. 197.221.226.74 (talk) 14:02, 5 August 2016 (UTC)peter mangwende[reply]

@Franklin Desmond Mukarakate: An article at Wikipedia must be verifiable with reliable sources. Please examine those two links (particularly the second) to see what kind of material is suitable for Wikipedia. A reliable source must be published in some manner so that anyone could in principle obtain it, and the source has to have a reputation for reliably publishing material. A reference must identify how the reference can be obtained, with details such as the page number where text supporting a sentence in the article can be seen.
