Need to fix redirect and create disambiguation page

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Hi. I enjoyed learning about the journalist and anti-colonial activist Margaret Pope. I'm hoping you could add a reference for her birth in Howarden, England. I actually couldn't find any information that such a town exists/existed. But I did find a place named Hawarden in Wales, and wondered if that was her place of birth? Thanks.

That's indeed an error. Should be Hawarden, Wales. So she's British but probably not English (but I don't know the family background so I just changed "English" to "British" in the first sentence.
