I found "Lie Algebras" with a capital "A", "Transportation theory" with a capital "T" even though it was not at the beginning of a sentence, "Frank-Wolfe algorithm" with a hyphen instead of "Frank–Wolfe algorithm" with an en-dash, and at least one range of pages (e.g. "pp. 50–60") with a hyphen instead of an en-dash.
