This article has serious sourcing issues: several paragraphs and a full subsection lack sources. I've added "citation needed" tags to highlight where the problem lies. Unfortunately, this is a WP:QUICKFAIL. Please make sure to replace the maintenance tags with proper references before another nomination. It seems that sourcing issues also were a problem in your other recent failed GA nominations. Please ensure that all the claims in an article have references before submitting a GA nomination. Other observations:

  • the enlargement of the navy under her favorite, Sir John Acton and the expulsion of Spanish influence: add comma after "Sir John Acton".
  • Revolution, when, in order to prevent its ideas gaining currency I think there should be a "from" before "gaining".
  • sending the Spanish fleet to salute to him: remove "to" before "him".
  • was more worthy of such a high government post by virtue of the fact he wasn't English.: replace "wasn't" with "was not".
  • The article jumps between British English (centre, patronising) and American English (favorite, traveled). The language variant should be consistent. It is mostly in British English so it should probably default to that.
  • WP:EARWIG shows one potential copyright violation with https://timenote.info/en/Maria-Carolina-of-Austria. But it's them who copied from us and they mention Wikipedia as their source.
  • User:Evad37/duplinks-alt shows some duplicate links, like Countess Lerchenfeld, Florence, and Francis I of the Two Sicilies, see WP:DUPLINK.
  • User:Headbomb/unreliable marks no sources as unreliable. However, the source "Vovk, Justin C. (2010). In Destiny's Hands: Five Tragic Rulers, Children of Maria Theresa" in the bibliography section is unreliable since iUniverse: Bloomington is a self-publishing company.
  • There are no edit wars.
