No notability

[edit]

Created by a blocked-sock in 2007 with only one reference which is a low-grade RS on her trip to Trango Tower in Pakistan. Climbing Trango Tower in not notable in of itself. She has zero notability in any of the climbing media (Climbing.com or Rock & Ice) - i.e. she is not a notable international climber (or even South African climber), and virtually zero notability in even general (and local) media. Her climbing career never went anywhere. Her name also appears as Marianne Pretorius. Unlikely this article has a long-term future in Wikipedia. 78.18.228.191 (talk) 18:39, 5 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

She has even added a SPAM-link at the end to her own galley business. 78.18.228.191 (talk) 18:42, 5 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks User:Jfire for that. I still think her refs are very low-grade and there is nothing approaching SIGCOV. She would have zero notability in the climbing world, which is her notability in WP. I think we should send this to AfD and have it fully reviewed. Would you do it on my behalf, and therefore you can !vote however you want? thanks. 78.18.228.191 (talk) 09:36, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
