Oppose – Five of the seven sources used in this article refer to her exclusively as "Marine Pervier", one as "Marine Arragon-Pervier", and just one (which is linked above) as "Marine Pervier-Arragon". Not exactly sure how to filter GHits to get results for Pervier and not Pervier-Arragon, but from what I can tell, there's not a significant edge to either side, and there's just one result when searching google news for "Marine Pervier-Arragon", compared to 82 when searching for "Marine Pervier".
