See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mark Joseph (writer/producer). A similar biography, though not the same wording, was deleted after an AFD on February 2, 2009. Does this one present sufficient additional evidence of notability from independent and reliable sources? Complaints in the previous AFD were that the sources were not reliable third party sources, that "marketing" an album or other work does not satisfy inclusion criteria, and that WP:Entertainer were not satisfied. The two "Keep" ≠votes were by the creator of that article and this one,User:Prpride and by a known sockpuppet, User:Esasus. Is this somewhat different article good enough now to stand? The present refs other than HuffingtonPost and Publishers Weekly look weak. Published independent reviews in reliable sources of his books would help notability. The long listing of things he "worked on" does not go far toward notability, which is not inherited. The GMA award would help if documented. The GMA site does not show his name as having won an award, but it shows 2 2005 awards for instrumental and vocal "Passion of the Christ" albums. Is there a news story somewhere independently documenting (other than as part of an article written by Mark Joseph at Fox) specifically that Mark Joseph won the award, to satisfy verifiability? Date of birth

[edit]

The date of birth in the article is not cited, and I do not see it mentioned in the external links. I have doubts about its accuracy. Dimadick (talk) 04:19, 16 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
