GA Review
[edit]Hi. This article isn't quite up to the GA criteria yet, so I'm going to call this an unsuccessful nomination and mark it accordingly. Some issues that need work...
- The lead needs expansion, per WP:LEAD. In fact, it feels like there's potentially a lot more content that could be added to the entire article.
- A lot of stuff needs citation... eg. the all the stuff in the Early life sectiona after ref 3, which quite clearly isn't common knowledge, needs citation)
- Most of the musical career stuff just talks about the band's work and reads like a band article. This article is meant to be about Lanegan the person - what did he do in the context of those works? Flea (musician) and John Frusciante are good examples of what I mean.
- Needs copyediting and checking for spelling/punctuation/grammar... eg. little things like [1].
