My major edits

Just wanted to see if anyone had some feedback on my changes. I basically totaly revised, and reworked the article, as I'm familiar with the topic, and had a lot to add. I'm not sure if I used to much opinion in there, but I tried to be as factual as possible. Any things you think I should rework to read/sound better? Hopefully someone will add more to this too!

Well as it stands now, it's extremely POV and not at all encyclopedic. Go for a dryer, more factual approach. Focus less on storytelling and reeling the reader in. The murder should be mentioned in the very first paragraph as it is inseparable from who Gator is--a skateboarder and murderer. I think what i take issue the most with tho is, you sem to be somehow aware of Gator's feelings and motives and what was going on in his head and his heart! How is this possible?? If you have some info on what Gator was thinking/feeling, cite your source.

downhill slide

I think gator's broken wrist / aggravated injuries should be included in the description of his downhill slide. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jfransella (talkcontribs) 04:17, 27 March 2007 (UTC).

wah, he killed somebody, plus he was such a tool, who cares?

please use proper English

that includes proper punctuation, proper grammar, and proper spelling. This is Wikipedia, not your personal diary. Kind of an embarassment to read.

religious problem

i believe sometime during his break-up he started preaching at everybody, and this may have continued up to the present date. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.85.14.106 (talk) 02:32, 9 February 2011 (UTC)

Citations?

The article has been flagged as needing a lot of citations. As far as I can tell nearly all the citations that have been requested are validated by the interviews in the Stoked movie. Is it ok to cite the film or do the individuals who make the statements need to be cited? One issue where it might become slightly confusing is that I believe the chronology in the movie may not be correct. Due to lack of footage/the need to tell a coherent story it appears that some of the home movie footage used in the Stoked movie may be from earlier/later than the time being discussed in the movie. i.e. footage from 1986 might be used in conjunction with a story from 1988 and vice versa. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.201.18.63 (talk) 00:08, 10 August 2014 (UTC)
