Disambiguation Page[edit]

Hi All! I just finished creating a disambiguation page for this article to separate it from the pre-existing "Marketplace Fairness Act" article that was about a bill by that name in the 112th Congress. That bill died in that Congress and never became law. A new bill, with new cosponsors, new congresspeople in office, and a brand new fight over passage should be distinguished from the old dead one. Based on the comparative page statistics, it seemed like most people looking for information about this bill (which is in a the news a lot now - there is a vote scheduled in the Senate for later today) were getting the old bill rather than this article about the new. I created the disambiguation page to help people get up to date information. If anyone wants to comment on this decision, I'd love to hear it.
