[edit]i am Marlon Fletchers mom and i happen to know that my son was extremely instrumental in the formation of the group,Onyx. It was his greatest passion. He was not some indistinct member. He and their manager got the attention of Jam Master Jay who, in turn got the group a deal with Def Jam. He was not as involved in some of the songs on the 1st album because of a conspiracy (between some in the group) to leave him out after Sticky was allowed to join. I will speak the truth for him because he is not here to speak for himself. Also, he passed away quite unexpectedly from cancer, which was diagnosed just 2 weeks before death. Thank you. A.Fletcher
