Merger proposal

[edit]

These pages all duplicate a significant amount of information that can all be listed in one place. Providing information about the Marquette Warriors team past is important but each year's team is not notable enough to garner their own page. I believe it will be useful for everyone to find all this information in one place.12.69.130.210 (talk) 22:41, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Totally disagree. The 1977 page is a National Championship team and needs it's own article - clearly notable. The 1974 team was a Final Four team. The articles should be expanded, not merged. Rikster2 (talk) 17:09, 30 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Disagree. Long-standing precedent for having notable seasons at stand alone articles, especially (but not limited to) NCAA champions, NCAA runners-up, Final Four appearances, conference champions, and NCAA or NIT Tournament berths. No need in the least to merge any of the season articles made for Marquette thus far. Jrcla2 (talk) 21:46, 30 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Coach 2021 to Present

[edit]

You didnt list Shaka Smart as the current coach from 2021 to present on this page in your chart with the other coaches. BDW317 (talk) 08:08, 17 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
