- It's a category, between "I" and "II". It is confusing, but there is a brief explanation that it's the second highest of the thre grades used. Given than the listed building article is linked to, I'm not sure how much more detail about the grading system should be included in this article, as it might be a bit off-topic.--BelovedFreak 08:19, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
