Untitled[edit]

According to The Marion Daily Star newspaper, she was executed on March 20. "Mrs. Martha Place was successfully electrocuted in the prison (Sing Sing) here at 11:01 a.m. today. It was pronounced the best execution that ever occurred here, and Dr. Harvey the prison physician, said death was instantaneous." Juveniles[edit]

The article says "the first of 26 women (including one juvenile)". A juvenile can not be a woman but might be a girl. Could the author please clarify what is meant? Alpheus 19:09, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

One of the WOMEN was a juvenile. Learn to read English correctly.

Background[edit]

"She married a man named Wesley Savacool, but she abandoned him after giving birth to their son, Ross Savacool." Next Sentence: "Wesley left when Ross was three" - does not make sense.
