hey bot, how do you cite categories?

[edit]

Hey polbot, The WSJ says he converted to christianity here http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704123604575323401349436846.html so I added that category. That I edit wiki doesn't mean I don't think wiki is run for shit by a cabal, but as a bot you probably don't know what I am talking about. 72.222.210.123 (talk) 04:41, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think it is necessary to cite categories directly, as long as there is properly cited information in the article upon which you are basing the categorization. Safiel (talk) 17:23, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Sadly some wikipedian full of himself removed the categories complaining, incorrectly, that they were unsourced, because that arrogant wikipedian didn't bother to come here and read the discussion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.76.64.15 (talk) 21:27, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
