Chamber of Commerce[edit]

A large part of this article sounds like it was written by a member of the Martins Ferry, Ohio, Chamber of Commerce. I can't quote off the top of my head the Wikipedia guidelines for this kind of thing, but I know that it definitely isn't encyclopedic. As a member of this region I'm a little bias but it mostly seems correct.

not sure why anyone would be writing bias stuff here even if they were from around here.
