[edit]not sure why this would be considered spam, since the award program in question involves multiple organizations and has no specific commercial interests other than trying to advance a particular market sector. User:Nathanielpalmer
It's spam because it reads like a promo for the award. --Whsitchy 22:55, 28 May 2007 (UTC)
I don't believe that is accurate. There are no unsubstantiated qualifiers like "the best" or "the leading" but just a statement of facts. If you are concerned about it reading as a promotion, please provide specifics, or otherwise edit. User:Nathanielpalmer 29 May 2007
Another point of consideration is that there is now two awards in honor of the same individual and both are know as the "Marvin L. Manheim Award" -- this article is needed to clarify this matter, and as the original award makes sense the "Marvin L. Manheim Award For Significant Contributions in the Field of Workflow" take precedent User:Nathanielpalmer 29 May 2007
I have to agree with the author, this article reads in a very factual, NPOV way. Goflow6206 21:06, 29 May 2007 (UTC)goflow6206
