New article

Most of this article was cut out of The Agnew Clinic and pasted here, with a new lead section (see prior versions of that article for how it used to look). I also greatly simplified the rather indiscriminate list of entries from the diaries and lumped together the inline citations to make the reference list more manageable. I think spinning this off as a new article both gives Clymer her due and removes a bunch of distracting, off-topic material from The Agnew Clinic. Some more secondary sources would really be helpful, if anyone interested has the capacity to find some. I would also like to find out where she died and what her final resting place is, but I don't have the time to conduct any research. Hoping this article will be a start for someone with a better knowledge of nursing history than me. WeirdNAnnoyed (talk) 04:05, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@WeirdNAnnoyed Here is her obit. She did marry to George B. Bains Jr., received the Florence Nightingale Medal, died in NJ, buried in Groveville, NJ cemetery. S0091 (talk) 17:31, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@S0091 Thanks for the link! Article updated. The obituary actually says "Groverville" New Jersey, but since there is no such place and Groveville is in Mercer County, near Clymer's birthplace, you're almost certainly correct. WeirdNAnnoyed (talk) 14:58, 16 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
