I think this should be moved to another page with a more logical transcription of his name: Mas'ud Mirza Zell al-Sultan. I tried moving it but couldn't really find the 'move button' as explained in the FAQ.
@Ajjetollah: The 'move' button is under the "More" tab to the left of the Wikipedia search box. Regarding the transcription, I have no expertise in this field, but note that only cited reference uses yet another transcription: Massud Mirza Zil-os-Sultan.
