External links modified

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Mass media in Canada. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Removed broad statement

I removed the following statement: "Canadian journalists are becoming politically active. In November 2018, Unifor, one of two major unions for Canadian journalists, announced that it would campaign against the Conservative Party of Canada in the 43rd Canadian federal election."

This statement was based on a single tweet from Unifor, and it comes from a source I think has some problems. It seems like the union is indeed running some anti-Conservative ads, but what this means is much more subtle than what The Post Millennial is saying. The National Post article presents a more evenhanded discussion. Mind be worth adding some other sort of statement.

Please ping me if there's any disagreement here. Jlevi (talk) 02:37, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
