Copyright Issue[edit]

I noticed that this page contains paragraphs lifted off of the link provided. I don't think that it should be deleted, but a complete rewrite is needed. I found the violation by taking two random sentences in the middle of a bigger paragraph and Googled them. I also was tipped off by the substantial headers. Since permission to use this text has not been verified, it has been restored to the last clean before the introduction of this text. If that permission is supplied through the processes set out at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials, it can be restored. Until there is an explicit release under GFDL at the external site or a ticket number from OTRS placed by a member of the Communications Committee, it should not be restored.
