This Article is completely wrong. Please do not trust in this information. It seems that the author of the German and the English article was the same person. Two years ago I read the same rubbish in the German Wikipedia. Back then, I edited the German article. But even my statement there is not up to date anymore, because the law changed. By the way, I am an in-house lawyer at a German KAG (now: KVG).--Optaeck (talk) 07:53, 24 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
