For anyone looking to work on this article, Miller's "Battle for the Bundu: The First World War in German East Africa" has a few chapters on the Konigsberg's activities during the first world war, and the pages on hr, fr and dewiki's have more on his career, especially related to pre/post WWI if you can read them.
