Lokomotiven, Wagen und Bergbahnen – Geschichtliche Entwicklung in der Maschinenfabrik Eßlingen seit dem Jahre 1846

[edit]

I wanted to note that I added this book to the Bibliography, even though I am not 100% sure that it was written by the same Max Meyer. I guess the reason I am not sure is that most of his writing is on civil engineering, whereas this is mostly mechanical... although there will obviously be a civil aspect to writing about mountain railways. Abe Books has the author as "Dr.-Ing. Max Mayer". And how many Doctors of Engineering called Max Mayer can there have been operating at that time? I would have thought only one. I think this is enough verification for our purposes, but I wanted to note this here in case anyone else has any further light to shine on this. Yaris678 (talk) 12:00, 20 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
