Some leads of interest for un-stubbing this article:

  • His autobiography.
  • Definitely needs more attention to his work as a plastic surgeon
  • Plays, apparently some got on Broadway NYT (requires payment beyond the intro sentence)

I edited the external links section to (1) replace a link to a youtube video with informercial-style commercial content with link to non-commercial, pure interview with Dr. Maltz, and (2) remove a link to a blatantly commercial site for a person who claims sole use of "Psycho-Cybernetics" as a trademark with no legal right to do so. I've researched this carefully on www.uspto.gov; he certainly does not have right to sole use of the phrase in commerce; his application for inclusion in the principal register was decisively rejected. He was allowed entry on the supplemental register in 2008, but that certainly does *not* establish any ownership interest in the phrase.

Further, his site couldn't be more blatantly commercial; it merely promotes his own seminars, including instruction for street combat technicques, and was never in any way endorsed by Maxwell Maltz. Based on the transaction history documents I reviewed, and especially upon the PTO attorney's responses to his initial application for admission to the principal registry, there seems to be no chance that this person will ever be able to gain the force of law for his attempts to usurp Dr. Maltz's ideas for his own selfish benefit, i.e. no chance that his entry in the supplemental register will ever be converted to inclusion in the principal register. Please research this issue carefully, before considering any revert. I have no affiliation with any firm that seeks to profit from Dr. Maltz's ideas, my only interest in this is that I dislike seeing anyone attempt to convert Dr. Maltz's honorable legacy to his own private benefit, and to the detriment of the legitimate public interest.
