BoldLuis: Essentially, it comes down to the level of coverage the topic has received in reliable sources. See below for some search options. If you feel that the topic meets notability guidelines, such as WP:GNG, then a new article could be created. If the topic does not qualify for a standalone article relative to notability guidelines, the topic may still be able to be covered within this Meal preparation article.
