I changed a sentence regarding the creche. I know that the source source said that this object was lost during the bombing, but almost nothing from the Grünes Gewölbe was lost, it had all been removed and stored. Sources can err.AMuseo (talk) 02:27, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nef[edit]

Although the ship does seem to be a carrack, an early form of galleon, and a carrack in French (only) is a "nef", the sense in English in which this is a "nef" is Nef (metalwork) - a ship table ornament. The writer of the BM Highlights entry does not seem entirely clear about the distinction, although the longer collection database entry is. Johnbod (talk) 03:01, 28 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
