Foreign-based newspapers published by Ottomans?[edit]

I'm not sure if newspapers published by Ottoman subjects abroad should be mentioned? Elisabeth Kendall on p. 338 mentioned some.

Djenj?[edit]

There was a newspaper called Djenj that was censored in Russia https://archives.saltresearch.org/bitstream/123456789/129156/149/PFSIF9170322A208.jpg but I don't know much about it and haven't had luck looking on google WhisperToMe (talk) 18:50, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
