Some info here is bogus[edit]

Some of the info here seems bogus. There was some spamming in this article related to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Lifnlsdlsdnf. The explicit spam has been removed, but the article is still bad. Compare [1], which talks about SEC Rule 415, shelf registrations, and how GMAC used them. That's not a reliable source in Wikipedia terms, but it makes sense. (I realize that General Motors isn't exactly a good example of financial management this week, but they're way ahead of the spammer.) --John Nagle (talk) 01:19, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This Federal Reserve Bulletin article [2] might be a good source. --John Nagle (talk) 01:19, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Undid copyvio[edit]

Just undid these edits [3] because they were copied from [4]. --John Nagle (talk) 21:08, 15 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Adding info then[edit]

Nagle: How about you actually doing some work in improving this article instead of blocking developments...! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.173.163.2 (talkcontribs)
