Madlib project?

[edit]

i took off the copy edit mark; also i took out a segment saying that Madlib had a project going with him. I couldnt find any sources supporting that claim. if someone has presentable sources for that claim, i will gladly move for a revert. cheers, --zachjones4 17:24, 12 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This:http://www.emusic.com/album/10898/10898723.html should prove it (Talrinys 21:44, 12 March 2006 (UTC))[reply]

Playwright

[edit]

Melvin Van Peebles also has several notable plays and broke ground there as well with "Ain't supposed to die" which is currently revived off-brodway.

He has also released numerous music albums.

Expansion

[edit]

Melvin Van Peebles has done so much, and this article doesn't really reflect that. It definitely needs some more info on his life and career. (Sugar Bear 18:14, 4 June 2007 (UTC))[reply]

"Van"

[edit]

Could anyone contribute some biographical information? Aside from no mention of any partners, spouses, or children besides Mario, I think the uninformed reader might want to know about his adoption of "Van Peebles" as his surname. Ipsenaut (talk) 16:56, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed! But, where to find such info? Luminifer (talk) 04:21, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

I've noticed some wikipedia fanatics going around deleting external links that aren't 'official' - interviews and such. They say that if they're really useful, they should be included in a ref tag instead. So, if anyone has any time to do that, just pull those external links into the appropriate ref tags. :) Luminifer (talk) 17:20, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
