Hello all, I was looking up the Manasha (YTB-773) because I am Retired Commander Edward John Stock's daughter, Ann E. Stock. My dad passed away in 2017 at 97 years old. Through his participation in the building of this tub boat, I was invited to christen it, which I did. I have the christening bottle's covering material which the Navy filled with a wooden dummy and photos of the christening. I am writing this because the Wikipedia write up cites my mother, Mrs. E.J. Stock (Betty) as the sponsor. She was not, however she was there for the ceremony and the luncheon in Long Island. I am now 75 years old and am writing a memoir for my 7 grandchildren which is why I was looking up information on the Menasha. Thanks for listening. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aesmeyer (talkcontribs) 21:52, 16 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
