Not worthy of comment in the main article, but perhaps of interest to passing researchers, is an auction, by Messrs. Christie Manson & Woods, on 28 June 1905, “The Property of The Right Hon. Viscount Powerscourt, deceased, late of 51 Portland Place, W.”. (My picture 20991.) JDAWiseman (talk) 19:52, 19 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

More on this. Auction, by Messrs. Christie, Manson & Woods, on 12 June 1903, lots 58 to 67 were “Port, Offley’s Boa Vista, 1889, bottled 1892”. These sold at 38/- and 36/- per dozen, lots 59 to 61 (each 3 dozen) being bought by Lord Powerscourt. (My pictures 20676-77/80-1.) Then on 28 June 1905, “The Property of The Right Hon. Viscount Powerscourt, deceased, late of 51 Portland Place, W.”, lots 149 and 150 totalled almost 7 “Dozens of Port, Offley’s Boa Vista, 1889, bottled 1892, binned 1903”, which sold at 40/- and 37/- per dozen.
