miles per gallon

[edit]

The originial commercial, available on youtube, says it got 125 mpg. What gives?

Well, it has a 175 cc engine, and a UK gallon is somewhat larger than a US gallon, so it just might be so... Respectfully, SamBlob (talk) 23:41, 1 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fend Flitzer not the predecessor to the KR175

[edit]

"Predecessor: previous model from the manufacturer in the segment or similar - leave empty if there is none" – Template:Infobox automobile

The Fend Flitzer is given in the infobox as being the predecessor of the KR175. Considering that (1) they were manufactured by two different entities, and (2) the Flitzer was a single-seat invalid carriage while the KR175 was a two-seat road vehicle for personal transport, I cannot see how the Flitzer could be the predecessor for the KR175. Sincerely, SamBlob (talk) 16:36, 29 November 2012 (UTC) The KR175 was built by Fritz Fend, and early cars did not have the Messerschmitt logo and I believe designated FK150(Fend Kabinenroller). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.224.27.125 (talk) 10:53, 15 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
