About that name

[edit]

The very first sentence in this article says that the last word in the title is "Ac!d", not "Acid". Then, without exception, it is referred to as "Metal Gear Ac!d" throughout the article. So I'm asking if there is a particular reason why no one has bothered to actually move the article to "Metal Gear Ac!d" Master Deusoma 18:55, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Because common usage vastly favors the non-silly spelling. I'll fix the article now. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 03:59, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A complete plot

[edit]

Since all the other Metal Gear games have their full storylines detailed in the plot/storyline section of their articles, shouldn't Metal Gear Acid's full plot be written into this article instead of just a storyline blurb? ~ Unfortunate

If you want to, then write one yourself. Jonny2x4 23:04, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

BEAGLE

[edit]

The stuff about BEAGLE seems to me to be lifted straight out of the script. Since this is the point of view presented by a character and not the game as a whole, surely this should be cleaned?

Metal Gear Ac!d

[edit]

I've added this: "(promoted with an exclamation mark as Metal Gear Ac!d)" after the show's title. I know there's been a short debate on this talk page about is this necessary (because it's "silly spelling"), but I placed it there as per the conclusion reached in Talk:WALL-E, which was promoted, also typographically incorrectly, with an interpunct/middledot (as WALL·E). I don't know where to edit this information, but the release date for North America is incorrect. http://www.konami.jp/gs/game/mga/english/index.html it's March 24th. IGN has it as March 24, too. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2605:A000:D248:DF00:4973:CD06:D500:3398 (talk) 13:48, 24 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
