Stanley R. Dean M.D., not Thomas Hora M.D., coined the term metapsychiatry.

This is confirmed in the following endnote in Hora's 1977 book Existential Metapsychiatry "The term [metapsychiatry] was first introduced in the United States by Prof. Stanley Dean of Miami Florida.
