Metropol Parasol → Setas de Sevilla – This name change reflects both the common name and the current official name and is vastly more recognizable.
"Setas de Sevilla" has been the project's official name since opening [1]. Tourist-facing information is all "Setas de Sevilla" [2] (in English material as well, also on English Google Maps). Few even recognize the old name [3]. All newspapers use "Las Setas" [4][5][6], "Setas de Sevilla" [7], or "Las Setas de la Encarnación" [8], only occasionally briefly mentioning the project's initial title.
Another option would be to use the title Las Setas (or even just Setas), which is the most common name.

- Oppose Most of the citations given are spanish language sources which aren't counted to determine WP:COMMONNAME in English. I'm seeing more English language sources using the former name, eg. [9][10][11] (t · c) buidhe 06:34, 5 January 2022 (UTC)
Purpose?
[edit]And what is the purpose of such ugly monstrosity? Isn't it a fire danger, with the heat waves they have over there? Since the citizens don't like it, have there been any attempts to destroy it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.162.209.117 (talk) 00:34, 25 September 2022 (UTC)
