Written too much like an advertisement / editorial

[edit]

This is a great resource otherwise, but please consider revising the article content to avoid personal pronouns (especially those that assume the reader is in a group, such as "When you want to serve and eat with your family"), subject/verb/plurality disagreements, and most importantly, avoid writing the article like an advertisement with personal opinions thrown in, such as "Make sure you want to choose your ingredients from the nature" (not to mention the main point of the entire paragraph is unclear). I'd love to fix the article myself, but there are too many mistakes about a food I never knew existed until an hour ago. Edwardw818 (talk) 10:38, 18 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Never seen this in Laos

[edit]

This is Thai dish, not Lao. Laotians need to stop claiming all Thai dishes as yours when in reality you have been keeping up with Thai media, while Thai people rarely have exposure to Lao media. We have no idea what Laotians eat and don't have any references in the making. MTha8456 (talk) 07:34, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
